Great location - minutes from Ueno station and ideally located to visit Ueno and Asakusa, plus good connections to the rest of the city via the station. Staff were very helpful and polite, and kept our bags before we checked in. The hotel had a small lounge for guests with a free drinks machine, and had prepaid data SIM cards for sale which was helpful. All the lights in the room could be activated from the bed, which was a nice touch.

Great location, 2min from Ueno station and the Narita Express. Busy and vibrant neighbourhood, but silent room. I was on the 11th floor. Space enough for a solo traveler. It is compact, but this is Japan. Clean and cosy. The staff was extremely friendly and gave me a room with a view of the skytree upon request. Nextdoor is a 7eleven, but the neighbourhood and station offer all you need closeby. They store your luggage if you arrive early or depart late. Would visit again.

Hotel is very nicely located 6 min from ueno station or okachimachi station and walkable distance if you're athletic to akihabara and asakusa!(20min walks) making it also very easy to come and go to narita airport using the keisei skyliner! Another benefit is the streets below from the central exit of ueno station which has lots of choices for traiditional izakayas and foods to choose from. Also they provide included int the price soft drinks fountain with water and coffee along with ice machine in the lounge area. Would definitely recommend a decent vfm choice for staying in tokyo.

Location is great with Ameyokocho across the street, 2 conbinis nearby (7-11 down the st. and Familymart across the st.), Sento 10 minute walk away, supermarket/daiso 5 minute walk away, not to mention two/three Tokyo Metro stations (closest being Ueno on the Ginza line) down the street and JR/Keisei stations 6-8 minute walk away.

It was nice and simple. The staff were very friendly and patient with a bumbling tourist like me. The microwaves for free use on the second floor were convenient if you brought your own food from a convenience store. They have a laundry room for you to use which is nice for light packing. It's within walking distance to the train station.

Excellent location.Comfortable bed. Easy walk to train station, restaurants, shops and pub across the road. Room was cleaned regularly and towels changed daily. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Stayed in September 2024, The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable with every need in mind. We also appreciated the eco friendly initiatives implemented by the hotel. The amenties were excellent and the hotels central location made it easy to explore the city with walking distances to all major transport that you would need. Location is good,not far from Ueno station, not noisy at night time. Very thoughtful to give free ear plugs as amenities but no need to use it. There's space under bed to keep the luggages. Free soft drinks on the 2nd floor is quite generous compare to other hotels.

I like that despite the room being small, it was very clean and well maintained. I like how the hotel gave out free supplies for your own consumption / use. i also like how the hotel was at the center of Ueno and near the station. i also like that they had luggage lockers in their lobby so guests can just leave their luggages there

The location is great. Right next to Ueno station. Walking distance to Akiba. They had all required amenities. You could borrow an umbrella for the day.
